For the family and friends on FB- Chris Rabkin and I are phoneless until probably Wednesday?!! (we hope!) SO if you need us message here/email us/or try our old dusty wall phone - but no promises on the home phone lol....Who uses those anymore?! Dont want to go into detail but we switched from ATT to Verizon 10 days ago and have been dealing with third party vendors on rectifing our original deal we were supposed to have from day 1... Just because its a brick and mortar store that says Verizon Wireless does NOT mean its the ACTUAL Verizon Wireless authorized dealer as they say... UGH! Needless to say after the last few stressful days & hours in the stores- The phones were SHIPPED out yes SHIPPED.. not just swapped out to make our lives easier from the store.. why? WELL- its complicated and so we will be disconnected for a couple days...I will however say that the people we actually spoke to were nothing but pleasant.. you just cant get the black and white as it states on the website or what someone says is NEVER documented as they promise you and everything has a extra fee added! By the way every-one person was a 3rd party EVEN when you call the Verizon customer care line.. Its a gamble if you actually speak to the true blue Verizon Wireless themselves....Just FYI and yes we are emailing the top dog about our situation- this is unacceptable service and its about THE PRINCIPAL of what you advertise!!!
