For the first day of November I would like to say how thankful I am that we could get Stella out to trick or treat last night! She had pain & I brought meds and she got into us wheeling her to the bottom of the steps of houses but most in the neighborhood we went to actually were pretty close to the door for her wheelchair... She did it! Stella LOVES trick or treating and always goes to more houses than her brother and at one point she told me and dad that she needs to stock up for transplant! OMGoodness! I laughed so hard... We told her she has no worries and we will get her what she needs... Later after daddy went home I ran with her down the street while she was seated in her wheelchair yelling CANDY!!! Because arent kids supposed to be running door to door? I wanted her to feel that joy and excitement last night. For now we rest and tomorrow we celebrate everyones love for Stella at the benefit being hosted in our families honor.
