For the interest of NETT fellows: We have the pleasure to invite you and the members of your team to the EU-Russia Researchers Mobility Forum, organised by the European Commission in the context of the on-going EU-Russia Year of Science. The event will take place on 25 September 2014 in Brussels and will be dedicated to researchers taking part in projects funded by the Marie Skłodowska-Curie programme. The purpose of the forum is to provide a platform for exchange of experiences, dissemination of results of Marie Curie funded projects and a chance to build on productive and mutually beneficial partnerships. Marie Curie researchers will have a chance to present their project by submitting a poster and, if they so choose, by taking part in an elevator pitch. An elevator pitch is a dynamic way to present ones work – a short speech presenting the essence of a research project, its goals and accomplishments in three minutes at most. It is an exercise in clear and efficient communication where the speakers mission is to simultaneously inform and intrigue the audience. In short, the forum is a great opportunity for the participants to communicate their research, develop new scientific collaborations and further exploit their potential as a Marie Curie fellow. The registrations for participation are open: https://researchersmobilityforum.teamwork.fr/. The deadline for registration is 15 September 2014. However, early registration is strongly encouraged, considering that the number of participants for the event is limited. The participation at the conference is free of charge. Participants with running projects will be able to cover their travel, subsistence and accommodation costs from the Marie Curie grant. For any questions related to registrations or the event in general, please contact: [email protected]
