For the kind attention of all members of the Executive Board of the Libyan Olympic Committee Dear Sirs, This is to follow-up on our meeting of 24 April in Lausanne, the IOC roadmap subsequently issued on 29 April and the latest developments and information received. It is our understanding that a meeting of your NOC General Assembly took place on 28 May during which our recommendations of 27 May were fully accepted. We also understand that the same General Assembly decided that an Extraordinary meeting will take place on 9 June to consider and adopt the final draft revised statutes of your NOC (once submitted to us and accepted by us) and the Elective General Assembly will take place on 25 June on the basis of the newly adopted statutes of your NOC. In view of this we hereby request that you immediately email us officially the full text (all articles) of your final revised draft revised statutes (including our comments of 21 May as well as your potential amendments proposals) for our final review and feedback before Thursday 6 June so that it could be properly submitted to your General Assembly on 9 June. In addition, we take this opportunity to remind you that the composition of your General Assembly will be based strictly on the formal confirmations that will be received from the respective International Federations (IFs) concerned at the specific moment when your General Assembly will take place. We will therefore immediately ask the IFs concerned to confirm (i) the status of their national federations in Libya and (ii) the names of the office bearers currently recognised by the IFs and we will notify you of all confirmations received by the IFs. Once again these confirmations from the IFs will serve as unique reference for the composition of your NOC General Assembly, as agreed upon during our meeting of 24 April in Lausanne and as clearly reflected in our roadmap of 29 April. It is therefore required that everyone respects this approach. We look forward to receiving your prompt feedback and the full text of your final draft revised statutes.
