For the last 13 yrs my kids & my family have lived the ever adapting life of split families & let me tell you it aint easy, is it worth it well lets just say we do the best we can! Myself & my kids grew up with barely enough money to survive most of the time, I worked 2 jobs & the idea of new or brand names came from 2nd hand stores, its all we know, in a way Im proud because they knew the value of the dollar, they appreciated so much, doing daycare, waitressing they see my exhausted body, together lived though the struggles & we counted on each other! They always helped me with everything, & I cannot thank god enough for these blessings! I was telling a family member about how proud I am to have a special relationship with my children & just feeling so loved - but the only thing that she was able to say was WELL YOU SHOULD YOU HAVE, YOU HAVE GIVEN THEM EVERYTHING THEY HAVE EVER WANTED! Well that kinda hurt knowing they didnt truly have a clue, I did the best I could with what I had & asked nothing out of no one in return! Ahhhh so hard to let go of these comments but I will! So I dedicate this song to Taylor Houghton,Austin Austin Houghton,Allie Allie M Houghton & Bria Houghton! A mothers love for her children is an over whelming love in her heart you should not take away & yes a fathers love too , Our bond will never be broken! Much Love To All Parents Out There!
