For the last 2-3 years, Ive wanted to remove myself from the world of Facebook. Because my TBGC Facebook page is somehow tied to my personal page, I remain... And I guess, Ive stayed to attempt to encourage other people (according to some, one of my strongest gifts). Maintaining a presence on Facebook has allowed me to connect with old friends; reminisce on childhood experiences; make new friends/networking contacts; adopt some nieces and nephews; debate important issues; exercise my voice; and to experience your families through you. Im proud to know or know of so many of you... I love the ways you support and acknowledge your childrens accomplishments/endeavors/dreams; showcase your weddings, childrens births, home purchases; care for your aging parents; and realize your dreams.
