For the last several weeks ive been on the phone many times to EE to find out why mine and my wifes phones seem to have bad signal and slow internet when they werent at the start of the contract..... but the last 2 months have been awful. last week I was told the mast had just been repaired, today I was told it isnt repaired but will be another 2 weeks but all masts in Bournemouth are being upgraded so our phones are not 4g compatible so we need to go and buy new phones lol.... What the hell! Sorry but if they upgrade stuff so my current items in my contract dont work properly then they should supply the new phone so I can use what I am paying for. Complaint made and manager going to ring at some point! #EE
