For the last week+ I havent been able to sleep through the night. Just been getting about 4-5 hrs. a night. When I went to bed last night I prayed I would get a GOOD nights sleep. A few minutes later, the light bulb came on. Duh!!!! I had not been taking a Tylenol PM the last week+. So, last night, I took a TPM. I didnt move until I HAD to get up this AM. Ah!!! Feel so good to have slept. 😴 😀
