For the next few days its all about PETEY! I am getting this paypal filled for him and no matter what the outcome Petey is not going to suffer on that street anymore. Watching him limp away everyday is killing me and so when theres enough in here so that I know he can be boarded and tested so we know which direction Peteys future heads in then no matter what I will ensure that he gets whats right. If hes positive and cant be homed and I have to take him to the bridge it wont before I spend a week locked in room loving him and giving him back his dignity. Petey had a home once and an owner who turned and walked away. I wont let him die cold and alone on the street where the city picks up his lifeless body. If Petey has to go home, I will take him there but not before he knows how much I really love him. I hope he is negative because if he is I will post for a volunteer crew and we convert the shelter into the sanctuary early and relocate to a temporary feeding station. When he is negative and all his vetting is done and he is recovered indoors in my home of course, and is ready to go out the door it will be into King Peteys sanctuary. A heated house will be asked or. Another donation request will be for a door to keep him in the sanctuary at night to protect him and keep the predators out. When he is negative and the house cats are so used to him being there then maybe one day the kitchen door will open and the inside cats will let him in... Please dog he just has to be negative... I want him to be negative...FELV/FIV means no TnR for Petey or Sanctuary it means I look desperately for a home or take him home...please let it be negative and please let there be someone out there for Petey. SHARE AND SHARE AND SHARE. THIS WONT STOP UNTIL PETEY IS EITHER IN MY HOME FOR HOSPICE OR WE ARE WORKING FRANTICALLY TO GIVE KING PETEY HIS SANCTUARY. NO MATTER WHAT PETEY IS NOT GOING TO BE COLD, IN PAIN OR SUFFER THE ABUSE OF HUMANS AGAIN...even if it means he has to go to the bridge...please karma dont make me have to do that to my Petey. Please let him have a home, a life, an owner, someone who he can love and who will love him like I do. Please someone save him from what I will have to do if there is no one there to help him. I cant lock him up in sanctuary on a deck that is cruel, and its not right. If hes meant to be a sanctuary cat he has to be able to roam. You cant allow a virus like FELV/FIV to be exposed to the population. AND you cant put a cat out on a verandah no matter a heated house or all the luxuries, he will go crazy over time and hes still segregated as he cant be in population with my pets and the chance of him getting out the door and infecting others would be too high. Damn I hate when I have to play dog, its not my job, but it is my job to stop him from being attacked, becoming prey or being abused for the rotten kids who shoot him with BBs.
