For the past 5 years the internet factor upon record sales has forced the Music Business to open up and welcome more new talents into the Music Industry like never before. I love working with established artists cause they are Market ready/easy Marketable. But a dedicated Manager, A&R or producer must challenge himself by breaking new talents and by challenging his new artists to Hit the Music Charts. I love breaking new talents, thats my sport. But new artists often forget that their Musical careers are not based on Money or Fame but based on skills, delivery and performance. To my opinion Talent is either an artistical gift, naturally amazingly performed/produced/delivered or an acquired skilled ability to perform/produce/deliver an art in an amazing way. Factually all artists must be talented but technically not all artists are talented. New artists often forget that talent can be developed or defined.
