For the past few days Ive had so many of personal stuff going on that I havent been able to come up with any new dishes! Its been 4 days since I have created anything new! Its bothering me!! Im not the kind of person who lets small things interfere with my career. And frankly I think its a sign of weakness when men allow their personal agendas influence their daily work routine, but thats besides the point... Im just not myself when I dont create, when I dont cook, and when I dont discover a new dish! It takes me out of my daily routine and if you knew me well, youd know that this is the kind of thing that keeps me down! But then I have to remind myself where I came from and how I ended up here, and then I remember that I have the little warrior in me, and Im strong and that I love my career and Im blessed, blessed to have the motivation of Chef Darius and that Im here to cook for life! So today I will make up for the 4 days I wasnt creative, I will blow my own mind away! Lol
