For the past little while, it seems Ive been going thru one transition after another- be it my personal life or the mercurial status of the studio. On and on it goes. Like a roller coaster with the occasional missing track, thats how its been since August. Thru all of that, there have been a dedicated group of clients whove stuck with me, thru the thick and the thin. And I am so deeply grateful to them for all of it. You know who you are! Youve been there Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday- faithfully. Youve allowed me to reschedule you at the drop of the hat, and you keep coming back. Thank you. Without your love, support and dedication I would be lost. You know who you are. Youre my mid week morning gang and youve not skipped a beat. Same too with the core group of 3 in my Monday Yoga class. You also know who you are. Thru this crazy stretch, youre still here, you have not yet drifted away... and I am so grateful for each one of you. Its not easy to ride a bumpy roller coaster. But with a solid little group like you, its been much the easier. You have my love.
