For the past month I have drank 64 ounces of water with lime almost everyday and havent bought anything from the grocery store that isnt a fruit, vegetable, or healthy protein (excepting one box of Honey Combs). I have done my best to exercise whenever I can, and even when I cant. Im proud to say that Im back to my skinny self! I have always been naturally very skinny and I felt unhealthy and uncomfortable with the extra weight I put on. In September/ early October I weighed 146. Today I weigh 123! It starts at the grocery store. If you buy raw ingredients exclusively, you wont have anything else to eat! And you wont be tempted to excessively snack because cooking is a pain in the ass. 2015 is for building muscle and to abstain from buying delicious food at work :)
