For the past two weeks or so I have been dieting I eat multigrain cereal for breakfast, lunch im. Have some type of egg, hardboiled eggs,sunny side up with no salt or butter or oil on whole wheat bread,a small snack, and then I splurge for dinner. Iv dropped a bit of weight and my stomach is going down! Your body reacts to religion which helps with loss. And less fat,and carbs and way left sugar.:) I must say,Im happy with results in just two weeks.
