For the past week - I have been helping out Krista LeBlanc team with a dog hoarder in the Evadale area. Today, she got the Jasper County Sheriffs office to assess the situation. After the deputy saw the situation, he called The Humane Society & the ASPCA. ASPCA declined to help & The Humane Society said they would euthanize the dogs. Words & pictures cannot describe the living conditions these animals are living in. We dont exactly know how many dogs are out there roughly 25-35. Most of the dogs have mange, covered in fleas & ticks, probably have both intestinal & heart worms,& definitely malnourished. They are now at least being fed, so they are not as emaciated as they were. Does anybody know of any other group besides the ASPCA & humane society (which is what these agencies are supposed to do) that may assist with rescuing them?
