For the people who have been badly affected by the super typhoon Yolanda, I am weeping with you... Psalm 116:15 says, Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints. God certainly doesnt find enjoyment in the death of His children. If He did, why would the psalmist praise God for delivering him from death? And why did Jesus groan and weep as He saw the grief at Lazarus tomb? In this world, unless we are a celebrity, our passing will soon be forgotten by all except by our small circle of relatives & friends. But Jesus showed us that God shares the sorrow and pain of the bereaved, and that the death of the humblest believers causes His heart great pain. My sincerest prayers & deepest sympathy to bereaved families of Yolandas victims. God is aware of whatever you have been thru. So take hold in the hope that all of your sorrows God takes as His own, and He will never leave you alone!
