For the record -- I have received numerous texts, emails and even phone calls to alert me to the fact that my friends, family, colleagues, business associates, vendors, neighbors and more, have been receiving subpoenas tonight for an upcoming court date that is associated with my ex-husbands criminal trial. I am not the reason you are being served. I have not asked the State to subpoena you. I was not aware that subpoenas were being issued. I cannot say with 100% certainly who initiated them so I cannot comment. There is a phone number on the subpoena and a contact name. Feel free to call them and ask your questions as I really do not have anything more I can share. Very sorry for the inconvenience.
