For the record I truly do love The Lord & strive daily to do better than I did yesterday. I am just a far from perfect as the next person. I have not & will not ever consider myself better than anyone else. I do feel like, that being a Christian, it is very hard to live a life that is acceptable to most people. If you claim to be a Christian there is always a long line of people, naysayers, who want to dissect you & find all of your flaws. Then there are those who no matter how many times you stick your neck out to help them, jump at the first chance they get to blame you & others for all of their mistakes. I post a lot of things that refer to God, Jesus, love & forgiveness & I know that there are some of you who get tired of seeing all of it. The fact that I post these kinds of things, is merely an attempt to remind myself as well as others that Jesus loves us even when we are so undeserving. There is more than enough garbage posted every day, dirty stuff, arguments, put downs to people who are suppose to be your friends, stuff that does anything but uplift someone. So what Im getting at is that if you are tired of reading scriptures or posts that talk about The Lord, or something that is intended to uplift someone, I would suggest that you unfriend me. I do not intend to offend anyone, but occasionally I hear that people are sick of seeing all that stuff I post & who is she to talk about forgiveness & love. I have just as many problems in my family as anyone I know. When I get on facebook & read some of the scriptures & things, it reminds me that there is hope for all of us. The Lord loves even me, as wrong as I have been in my life, after all my mistakes, he still loves even me. So if you do not believe that God is first on my list, because you think you know me, because of mistakes you seen me make in the past. I ask you to forgive me if you can, & work on it if you cant. I do not apologize for my posts because someday, something I post might help someone, even if that someone might not be you.
