According to numerous meteorological reports, TYPHOON TAPAH/06W (international name) has experienced slight changes in strength (though almost maintained, now weakening) as it affected different islands over the Marianas over the past 24 hours, bringing stormy conditions with light to moderate rains to occasional heavy rains with gale force winds or thunderstorms over the mentioned area.
