For the third time Erins Law has been introduced in New York. Currently in the Senate where it will pass without any problems like it has the past two years then it will land on Rep. Catherine Nolans desk where she for the third year in a row will let the bill sit and die. She has been in office since 1985....the year I was born. So she has been around a long time. We either have to convince the Governor to go over her or convince the State board of education (Regents) to require Erins Law and US Senator Gillibrand is helping me do that.
