For the third time in three weeks, people have been asked to stay away from Lincolns A&E department unless absolutely necessary. Managers say too many people are turning up with minor complaints, but union leaders claim there arent enough staff to cope. We spoke to Pauleen Pratt, acting chief nurse for United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust and asked what type of illnesses shouldnt warrant a trip to A&E.
