For these cooler days I thought that Corn Chowder might hit the spot, so we will be serving Corn Chowder, the Seafood Choice is Flounder stuffed with Crabmeat on bed of Brown Rice with Lemon Parsley Sauce, the Chefs Special is Chicken Kiev with Apricot and Brie. Our regular luncheon menu is Chicken Salad, Shrimp and Grits, Vegetable Lasagna, Quiche Lorraine and Spinach Quiche. Desserts: Classic Yellow Cake with Chocolate Frosting. Crème Brulee, Chess Pie, Fudge Pie, Bread Pudding and Pavlova.
