For this November 11th, Hugh Conway has arranged for us to attend the Remembrance Service in Jasper, Alberta. He would like to see a Colour guard of 6 plus Sgt-at-Arms, Regimental banner and wreath for the service. Arrangements are being made for hotel/hotels - notice of which, will be provided approximately 2 weeks prior to the event. Well meet up at the Jasper Legion at 1900 hrs 10 NOVEMBER. Rooms at 49.00 a night, 7 rooms booked for 10-12 Nov with more if needed. Hugh Conway has notified me that rooms are now con firmed in Chateau Jasper, 96 Geikie St. Ph 780 852 5644. mpljasper/hotels/chateau_jasper/ It must be remembered that rooms, all have 2 beds, so that our blocked 7 rooms can hold 14 people. Not 14 rooms of 1 each. Extra rooms are available though me up to 2 weeks prior. He has a new badge for Alex Ewan. Hugh is also forwarding a Parks Canada parking pass for all vehicle drivers. The following persons have already committed to attending this event.
