For this week coming I cooked: Grilled salmon Grilled chicken with BBQ Turkey Burgers Skirt steak (for me only) with chimichurri Collard greens Steamed Brussel sprouts Roasted asparagus Honey roasted carrots We should be good this week. Plenty of options.. We tried just 1 meat for the week but that gets mundane after the 1st day.. Now if we can just add the daily workout we say were freeing time for during the week by cooking like this on Sundays.. I should be back in shape in no time!
