For those considering to apply for a full DAAD PhD scholarship (deadline Sept. 30th): Kindly note that there is still no news on the opening date of the online portal. It might be accessible within June or it might take till July. Therefore the attached guidelines are still the most up-to-date ones. The DAAD IC Ammans recommendation: Get your paperwork done and check the portal every two weeks. You will have till September 30th to register and registration only takes approx. one day. There is plenty of time and you can get all the required documents in the meantime.
