For those like me who like apps that help you reach personal fitness goals, Myfitnesspal is a must have app to tracking and count your daily intake. Say lunchtime is coming around but you didnt eat breakfast yet or just didnt update it yet, it will send you an alert to either update your intake or remind you to eat something. Were all busy and often lose track of time, which is why I like this app. At the end of the day when you complete your daily log, it gives you an estimated weight that youll be a few months from now. March, Ill be down to 175 if I keep up the good work. Another app is Runtastic which I use when I go run. They have the same developers and both are awesome and worth having. Be just as smart as your smartphone. ;) Use these free apps. This isnt just a smartphone app, you can log in online. Thank you Jourdan La Puente for showing me this. Ive been using Runtastic for a month or two now. myfitnesspal/
