For those of us that utilize the Initiative and Referendum process, Issue Two is a cancer. It is merely the democracy-stealing bookend legislation to Act 1413- portions of which were struck down after our successful lawsuit. Issue Two is merely another thinly veiled attempt by the Oaklawn-Southland gaming duopoly to insure their profits at the expense of the rights of all Arkansans. Just another example of corporate dominance over our legislative process.....
