For those of you having trouble with Olympic Lifts at CrossFit DTR (read: all of us) - watch how patiently she brings the bar off the floor. No rushing, focusing on getting into the perfect position to explode. When she does explode, watch her hips and her arms (full extension and nice straight arms). Then watch her speed as she squats to receive the bar - no hesitation at all. Now watch again and compare how long she spends getting INTO position to explode (her first pull) with her combined second (explode) AND third (squat) pull. And lastly, is she trying to throw the bar up and over her head or is she trying to pull herself down.
