For those of you interested in my Monster Cookie Recipe. Here it is: 2 sticks Margarine (I use butter generally, or one of each..whatever is on hand) 2 1/2 C. brown sugar 2 C. white sugar 6 eggs 1/2 T. Vanilla 1/2 T. light corn syrup 1 T. + 1 tsp. baking soda 2 1/2 C. Peanut butter (creamy) 9 cups quick oats 1 C. choc. chips 1/2 lb. M&Ms Start with a LARGE bowl or Pot. Cream butter and sugars. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in corn syrup and vanilla. Add baking soda and mix well. Stir Peanut Butter in next until completely mixed. Then oats, and finally M&Ms and choc. chips. Drop by large T. or scoop on baking sheet. I use parchment paper and my baking stone for best results. 350* for 8 to 10 min. Makes a huge amount so I usually freeze a bunch of dough for later too.
