For those of you struggling to find gainful employment, want a change, or need more income (who wouldnt?)... If you find youre stuck applying for similar jobs with no results, its time to consider a change. Reinvent yourself! Work, no matter the type, is important for ones psyche...you must be employed doing something to stay sane and marketable as an employee! Its never too late to learn something new! Perhaps try something youve always thought was cool. Seldom do we luck out with a dream job, but the job we have can help us achieve our dreams. Its important to work any job with earnest, be thankful to be working and always try your level best! I know for me, the greatest comfort re my livelihood is knowing Im working. The possibility of generating work for others as well is a bonus! Although Im not working a dream job, Im sincerely grateful Im working, building a strong client base, growing and helping several others survive. Id never thought of myself as a tradesman, nearly always wore suits... Ive mowed lawns, dug ditches, built boards, worked in a bakery, a kitchen, bank, insurance company, developer, mortgage and real estate biz...written programs to help companies operate better...heck, Im sure Ive done enough different things that a potential employer would wonder what my true background is...now I fix doors. Idk, what door may open for me tomorrow, but Im confident if I keep knocking, doors will open! Have a wonderful day everyone!
