For those of you that also suffer from back pain, I wanted to pass along Jens video; stretches for back pain relief. These stretches are great to loosen your spine. Theyre good to do in the morning &/or in the evening. Remember, as with any yoga poses that anytime you have any pain, to first back out of the pose a little bit find your comfort zone so that you can comfortably do the pose without pain, but also to direct your breathe into that area, breathing in & directing your exhale as a release for the pain. Eventually with doing the poses more & more you will be able to get the maximum benefit from the pose, but yoga is intended to release those achy areas, not cause you pain, you want to feel the stretch but remember to ease into the poses & dont overdo. ;)
