For those of you that have been following these two boys, Jamie and Michael came into care in May, they were .. lets say ... vertically challenged. They are now looking trim, taught and terrific, and today Jamie had another weigh in ... 14.1kgs!!! Hes lost another 4kgs, and has in total, halved his body weight. Michael has done the same! These two boys are now ready to have their surgeries and begin looking for humans, having said that Jamie is looking at double knee surgery, possibly cruciate and patella, pluuuuuuus the teeth and snips .. so we could still be a couple of months away for him. We will have an appointment in two weeks at Animal Medical Centre to get the full extent of surgery needed, as our initial consult was tricky with all that chubby cuteness getting in the way. They have come a long way, from the chubby boys being loved with food - the Commando would be proud
