For those of you wanted INTENSITY... oh its coming! I display a few moves I learned in Strength Intervals below... #PIYO proves the compound effect perfectly... everything in week #1 and #2 lead up to the workouts in week #3 as Im witnessing here... and I can only imagine for the rest of the 60 days.
