For those of you who are backers of the StarChild Kickstarter, who may not yet have seen the update: GOOD THINGS COMING After a couple of months getting through, around, and over a bad bout with pneumonia, Im back in the Studio full time and getting caught up on everything. By now, hopefully everyone who was supposed to receive one has gotten the PDF of the book - which is nearly through prepress - but please let us know if you were supposed to get it, and havent yet. We may have missed a few people, and spam filters caught the email to a number of you. But just let us know and well get it taken care of if we missed you! The books themselves are about to go to press; were doing a final proof on the cover plate, and the special tipped-in plates for the signature page are being printed now. While were waiting on the books, Ive been signing all of the extras, and the good news is that as of today, weve begun shipping packages out! Your exact mix of extras (shown in the pic here, which includes everything but the coin, which will ship with the book) depends on your pledge level, but EVERYONE gets the poster, the Martin Humble mini print, and the special Hobblesmith chapbook, which we are sending to all of you as an extra thanks for your patience as we finish producing the book. The shipments are going out in waves, but should be all off by the end of this week. Please let us know here when you get yours, and especially if you like the swag!
