For those of you who attended the goal/programming meeting last Saturday: Just a quick note.- the new programs will be released next week. You will all receive them at the same time.I welcome feedback but these are strength and conditioning programs - not CrossFit. They are supplementary to your training, not in place of. I do not mind if you do your strength-mobility-skill training elsewhere, but the oly lifting should be done under the scrutiny of a coach. Also, mobility, strength and lifting is permitted during the WOD timetables classes but no make up WODs or other alternatives to the programming. This is disruptive to the class. This includes use of pull up bars and the rings. Be mindful that the coach is busy and often trying to help people who are new or not as capable as you. Also please remember the open box times and that if you are taking on this additional load you will have to sacrifice time to do so. I will run open box on a Saturday morning (after the WOD) if I have enough people to support the idea. (alternating boxes) Oly lifting will be on 7:30 to 8:30 WOD 09:00 to 10:00 Open Box 10:00 to 11:00* *I need a minimum of 4 people to attend to make it viable. The cost of your program is $50 and it will be updated every 13 weeks if you send me your new numbers/goals. (free of charge) I would prefer if you do not share your template as it is particular to your needs. It also takes a substantial amount of time to create - read and analyse your data. Something that is valuable to both you and I. Set your goals - be available - take care of your body - and lets get some work done :)
