For those of you who dont know. After years of working in the health industry as both a personal trainer and sports therapist and also in natural health with some of England and Americas top specialists, I have started a FB page and matching blog to provide free info and invite people to ask for help. If of course you need more than a few comments here and there then I am also running a food re-education system so that you can learn your individual needs and sensitivities. You can PM if you think this may be something you would like to do. Everyone is different and everyone needs to find the simple solutions to their own health.
