For those of you who dont know Codie and his story. Codie is an amazing 18 year old young man, that I have the pleasure of calling my son. He is a blessing and gift! Codie had a near drowning when he was 19 months old. It was on Dec 28th 1997 he fell into a Koi pond, it was below 19 degrees the night before. The water in the small pond was just deep enough he couldnt get out. The water was so cold that it shut his body down. He was with his father that day and others. Codie suffered from hypoxic anoxic brain injury. Due to the lack of oxygen it left him blind and totally disabled. Codie through his circumstance and story has been a positive influence on many people and God has used my son a vessel for his good.
