For those of you who dont know, I was the Science Fair Chairman at my kids elementary school for 8 yrs. Through those years I was fortunate enough to transform the Science Fair from 30 kids with 39 volcanoes to 140 projects and 0 volcanoes! The science projects became more and more advanced and we began to see robotics, genetics, lots of chemistry and physics. But the one thing we didnt see much of at all was astronomy.
