For those of you who dont know, Jamison has been struggling with stomach issues for 8 weeks now. Yesterday he was sent home from school again for throwing up after lunch. It is so hard to watch your child suffer and not be able to make it better. I decided that enough is enough. I called and got him an appointment for allergy testing next Wednesday. I also told the pediatrician that I wanted a GI referral. Last night they took a urine sample, drew 3 vials of blood, and did a stomach x-ray. Jamison was scared before they drew the blood and tried to hide from the nurse. Once she explained what was going to happen, he laid down and let them draw his blood. He was so brave. He watched the needle the whole time, and never cried once. Today the doctors office called and said that they got him an appointment at Cincinnati Childrens Hospital for next Tuesday. Please keep him and our family in your prayers as we seek to find answers.
