For those of you who dont know me I own and operate Verrazano CrossFit a wellness facility in the Stapleton section of Staten Island located less then 1000 feet from where the Eric Garner incident took place. Lets just say things are a little chaotic out here tonight. But as anyone who does know me, you know that I always inspire positivity and look for the best in every situation. So at a time when literally everyone around here is scared, nervous, angry, concerned or any other adjective that describes the emotions people have been feeling today Id like to remind you that there is still way more positive in the world then negative. #character #pride #kindness Reputation is who you are in front of others, character is who you are when no one is watching.
