For those of you who don’t know why I am off to Blackpool, I will be speaking on the Literary stage at the Rebellion Festival being held at Blackpool’s Winter Gardens. I am due on stage at 4pm. Despite being the last on – Garry Bushell & Cass Pennant both being on before me – I am only due on for half hour. However, with me being last on the festival organisers have told me that I can over-run that time limit, which is just as well since I can talk for half hour without pausing for breath. Afterwards (Saturday night/Sunday afternoon & night) I intend to take full advantage of my AAA pass by watching and mingling with some of the legends who are appearing there. These include, Peter Hook (ex new order), Sham69, the Buzzcocks, Captain Sensible & the Dammed, to name but a few. For more details of the Rebellion Festival click HERE
