For those of you who have been asking about the new Weight Management class being taught by Jillian Wester, starting with an informative session on Wednesday, January 14, at 7 PM, at VIP in Newport, here is the program description: Program Summary Increase nutrient dense food consumption Decrease ‘empty calorie’ food consumption Raise self-awareness and promote mental wellness Engage in a fitness program Attain physical fitness Identify and attain reasonable weight loss Learn alternative wellness techniques If you are finding it difficult to maintain wellness or a healthy weight, I have the tools and information you can use to feel better today. This weekly weight loss class will educate on nutrition, fitness, and overall wellness. We will also look to identify personal barriers that stand between you and your weight loss goals. Participants will meet once weekly to learn healthy diet, exercise and lifestyle habits. We will weigh weekly and take measurements every three weeks. In addition to reviewing traditional exercise and diet methods, we will go over alternative techniques such as skin brushing and cold thermogenesis to introduce lifestyle changes that can be maintained during your weight loss journey. Its going to be a great class!
