For those of you who have been on Mobile Devices and cant figure out how to FOLLOW the pinned post by Joe. I made a graphic with a red circle around the steps. Let me know if you have any questions. I will do my best to help. Also you can UNFOLLOW this entire groups notifications (those annoying messages that say so and so posted in ...) by going to the picture on the group page and hitting the arrow on mobile or the notifications bar on your computer.
