For those of you who have never heard E.Powells now infamous speech. Last Sat I drove thru these places to look at a venue in Crystal Palace. Mitcham, Tooting, Streatham, Thornton Heath, Norwood. Without any & I mean any exaggeration you could easily have thought you was in another country. Crazy just crazy, yet Powells words are still not accepted as correct by many of the indigenous population of this Island some of whom will never find a council place to call home.
