For those of you who have never seen my rash reaction when the Potassium Sorbate somehow sneaks in, here is the tail end of it this evening. It was even brighter red than this. And no, I dont know how it got in tonight. Gotta put my Sleuth Hat on and figure it out. But whatever it was, it was not nearly as satisfying as a cupcake with chocolate frosting :/ Thankfully the reaction fades in 20-30 minutes. But boy am I GRUMPY during those 20-30 long minutes - and I know it too! Just sayin PS - wonder if I should send these to the Bozo who recently told me I am nuts (thinking I am allergic to Potassium Sorbate) and that my real problem is my pH level??? Ya, ok. Whatever.
