For those of you who know me personally know that patience is not my strong suit. Im pretty sure the hospital is trying to torture me right now. So far the tests have been inconclusive but one bit of good news is theyve ruled out a lot of things and lymphoma is still a possibility. If you remember from previous posts, lymphoma is a better scenario than sarcoma. However, the dr does feel it is sarcoma and the pathologists have been having a difficult time pinpointing the type. Hopefully that is because its lymphoma but of course we dont know. As of the time if the surgery Eriks tumor was the size if a cantaloupe. Not sure why they always compare tumors to food. It makes me not want to eat cantaloupe. Eriks leg has gotten sizably larger since Saturday so Im sure you can imagine we are anxious to get started with this treatment, whatever it will be. So thank you for the continued prayers, and hopefully tomorrow brings more answers.
