For those of you who like to bake at the weekend I have added my Chocolate Berry Muffin recipe to my notes. Heres my simple way of making muffin liners to fit my pans. Use squares of silicone baking paper (I get 2 liners each 6/15cm square from a width). Fold each into 4, open up the paper then push this evenly into glass (one with a bottom diameter the size of your muffin tin), run your finger around the base to define, press paper against the sides-hey presto! muffin liners. These cost 6 cents each at our local supermarket. This is a good project for bored kids-well, for a short time and then its time to bake!
