For those of you who run a home-based business, how much time do you devote to it? My goal is to spend 40 hours each week working on my businesses (my direct sales biz and ghostwriting). I will wake up around 6 and get in 2 hours before my son wakes up (maybe longer on some days). Then work 4 hours during the day (mostly during his nap). Then, once he is asleep, i wil stay up for an additional 2 hours to finish up anything i hadnt finished during the day and prep for the next days business. That leaves me with the majority of our waking our hours during the week, as well as the weekend to devote to relaxing, playdates, running errands, etc.
