For those of you who set fitness goals for 2015, Here some free un-asked advice. Make the steps required to achieve your goal as easy as possible. Heres what I mean. My plan for the last year was to eat mostly vegetaria and to work out 5 days a week. But: I dont like to go to the gym, and I cant stand feeling hungry. So Ineeded to work out at home and keep vvegetarianfood on hhand at all times (and not carrot sticks) So I do all of my workouts through YouTube videos in my living room. The shortest ones are 15 minutes long. (it would take that long just to drive to the gym) Also I have made a habit of weekly making a llarge (4-5 gallon) pot of vegetarian soup. Its always in the fridge or in thermoses where ever i go Basically what Im saying is set yourselfup for ssuccess!
