For those of you without an Instagram: I was nominated to do the Ice Bucket Challenge for ALS awareness and while I do plan on doing it because its finally a challenge for a good cause, it really got me thinking. The ALS Association has raised millions of dollars through these challenges so I think its time we start raising money for other causes. You all know how passionate I am about animals so I decided I would start my own challenge to help raise awareness and money for local humane societies. I encourage anyone to take the challenge and take a video or post a photo introducing any animal that is important in your life. In addition, donate if you are able to..even if its just $1.
